Time Out Challenge #280 - Inspired by your favorite

Hello Everyone,

I'm stopping by to share my DT post for Time Out current challenge #280 where we have to get inspired by "your favorite things to do in January". And my favorite things to do in January is baking. My new year starts with baking a cake for my family and also we have two birthdays in January so I bake a lot in January and I really enjoy it.

Here is my card using YNS stamp called "Mini Ellie loves to bake" - finally, I opened the seal of this mini stamp from YNS 😃.

Our generous Sponsor is Lawn Fawn

Prize: Coupon code of $25 Store credit

To make this card, I took A2 size White Card stock and ink blended the top part of the card with Distress inks. Once satisfied, I stamped these cake randomly using one of the Hefty doodles stamp from my stash.

Meanwhile, I stamped this cute image, colored it with Alcohol markers. When I was about to adhere it to the background, I realized that the stamped background is overpowering so to subtle it down, I added vellum sheet using glossy accent. Then, I adhered the image using foam tape o give some dimension,

Finally, I stamped the sentiment along with the cake images to add some interest. I really like how this card turned out.

I hope you get inspired and will join this challenge#266 at Time Out. This challenge is sponsored by Lawn Fawn and the Challenge winners will receive a $25.00 gift voucher to spend on their shop.

I can't wait to see how you get inspired.

Thank you so much for stopping by!!
