CAS Marathon 2017 -IV Stage - GD Post

Hello Everyone,

Hope you are doing great!!!

Here I am back with my final guest designing post for Sovushka Slavia CAS  Marathon 2017 . I really enjoyed this CAS Marathon..I am so grateful to Sovushka Slavia for this wonderful opportunity..Thank you so much Katya for contacting me..

And For this final stage the theme is to create a  story/scene ( City, Space, Under water theme, Autumn scenery etc.) in CAS style.

And this is what I created....a beautiful love scene under the sky..he he he..so romantic...

To make this card:
  • I took A2 size white card stock and run the front panel under big shot using STAMPloartion's stitched rectangle dies.
  • Then for my focal image, I created the night scene with faber castell gelatos by masking the moon. Added the small stars with white gel pen.
  • Meanwhile, Stamped the focal image ( from Love Cynthia Stamp Set) on watercolour paper, coloured it with Gansai Tambi and fussy cut it.
  • Adhered it to the background with double sided tape.
  • Finally completed it by adding the sentiment.
Here is the close up..

Here I am back with my third GD post for Sovushka Slavia CAS  Marathon 2017 - III Stage. It's a theme based challenge and the theme for Third stage is to use "Inscriptions" means Sentiment should be the main focus of the card and obviously it should be CAS..:)

HLS - Anything goes with dies - September Challenge

Hello Friends,

Hope you are doing great!!

Here, We are back with  Happy little Stampers - Anything goes with dies - September Challenge. I really got motivated to use my Brushos after seeing this card from Kylie..Thank you Kylie for inspiring me to use Brushos..;).

And here is my version..:)

To make this card:
  • I took A2 size ( little bit smaller) watercolour  white card stock  And for stitched pattern, I ran through it in the big shot using Stamplorations stitched rectangle dies.
  • Next, I started playing with my Brushos where I chose rainbow colours. I put the granules on the top of the card stock one by one, sprayed it water, allow the water to come down freely and heat dry it before putting the next colour.
  • Once satisfied, adhered this rainbow water coloured card on A2 size white card stock.
  • After that heat embossed the butterflies (from HLS birthday butterfly stamp set)with gold embossing powder on card front and also on the vellum. Die cut the butterfly from vellum using coordinating butterfly die.
  • Heat embossed the sentiment from the same stamp set on black card stock.
  • Finally, completed it by adding some gold sequins.
