InkyStamper Stamps - Happy National Crayon Day!!

Hello Everyone,

Happy Crayon Day... Yes today is National Crayon Day.  And we are celebrating the same at InkyStamper's Facebook Group .I'm sure you all will have some beautiful memories with Crayons. I still remember when my daughter painted our living hall's wall with her first box of Crayons.. We really made some good memories with Crayons though at that moment I was literally furious to see our freshly painted wall got painted again 😜😉

Over to my cards... I couldn't stop to just one ..:)

Teacher day card using Crayons

I've used InkyStamper's Owl and Caterpillar  stamp set to add Stationary elements to these two Teacher's Day Card which I made for my Daughter's Teachers. This is the first time I've used Crayons on my cards and I'm really loved how these are turned out.

To make this card, I took die cut stitched rectangle and created the rainbow background using Crayons. Then I stamped the stationary images , colored it with crayons and fussy cut it. Added these to card base with foam tape to add dimension.  Added the handwritten sentiment to complete this card.

Teacher's day card using Crayons

Here is my second card.. For this, I stamped the pencil from Owl stamp set and colored it using Crayons to make the background.

After that, I added images and washi tape along with some gemstones to complete it.

Maker Forte - Build a Butterfly Slimline Card

Hello Everyone,

I'm at Maker Forte blog with this  Pastel colored Slimline Butterfly card using Maker Forte latest release stamp called "Build a Butterfly with Sentiments Add on" designed by Varada Sharma. I've used layered stamping technique and did heat embossing to make this card.

I started with Ultra White - Heavy Weight 110lb Cover - Slimline Card Front from Maker Forte and did lots of stamping using Altenew Ink sets. I've used Altenew Sea Shore, Shades of Purple & Red Cosmos Ink sets for Mint, purple and pink color respectively. I've a step by step video tutorial here at my channel to show you how I made this Butterfly card..

Once satisfied with stamping, I layered the butterflies using detailed butterfly stamp and heat embossed it with Gold Embossing Powder. I've used Color Hive - Clear - Embossing Glue Ink Pad for the heat embossing.

Then, I mounted this embossed panel on Lavender Swirl colored Cardstock. After that, I stamped the sentiment on Ultra white cardstock panel using Color Hive reMARKable - Eclipse Black - Ink Pad and fussy cut it.

For the final touch up, I added some matching gemstones from my stash to complete this card.

I hope you get inspired. Thank you so much for stopping by.

Crealies - Quick & Easy Stamped Cards

Hello Everyone,

I'm stopping by to share these two Quick & Easy Stamped cards using Crealies new Decostripes Stamp set from their Journalzz & Plannerzz category. I really love this beautiful Decostripes and the best part is you can use it as a whole or you can cut & separate these stripes to use it individual. For my card, I have used this stamp set as it is.

Over to my cards..

To make these cards, I took Decostripes stamp set and applied Distress Oxides. For the first card, I've used Worn Lipstick, Carved Pumpkin and Candid apple Distress Oxide colors. And for the second card I've used Blueprint Sketch, Salty Ocean & Cracked Pistachio colors.

Card 1

Make sure you first apply light colors and then dark otherwise your light ink pads will be contaminated  with dark colors.

Card 2

Once I was done applying Distress Oxides, I took white stamping card stock and pressed it over the stamp set to take all the colors. For the first card, I pressed the card base diagonally and for the second one, I kept the stripes horizontal which I die cut out using Crea-Nest-Lies XXL no. 106 dies. Then,  I adhered this die cut panel to white card base.

After that, I stamped the sentiment using Alfies stamp set and die cut it out using Alfies dies. I adhered this sentiment on the card front panel using  foam tape.

For my first card I doodled some black lines at the edges of the card panel to add some interest.

Finally I completed these cards by adding Nuvo drops and some sequins respectively.

I really like how these cards turned out. It was giving the grungy look with these Distress Oxides. I think this stamp is just perfect to make some wonderful backgrounds  for your projects.

I hope you get inspired.

Kinda Cute by Patricia - Friends make life Bearable!

Hello Everyone,

I'm stopping by to share my DT Post for Kinda Cute by Patricia. For this card,  I have used this Digi called 'Panda' which includes 3 cute Panda Bears.

Over to my card..

To make this card, I took white card stock and stenciled it using bamboo sticks stencil from my stash. You won't believe if I tell you that I bought this stencil almost 7-8 years back and today I opened it's seal to use it... Such a shame... 😞.. I should shop my stash more frequently rather than shopping online...:)

Once I was done with stenciling, I ink blended it using same Distress Oxide and cut this panel in to four equal parts. Then, I adhered it to the Green card base.

Meanwhile I printed this cute digis, colored these with Alcohol markers and fussy cut it. I added these colored images to the card panel using foam tape.

I stamped the sentiment and added some silver sequins to complete this card. I hope you like it.

Thank you so much for stopping by!!
