To make this card, I took A2 size White card base and ink blended it with Distress Oxides. To add interest, I sprinkled it with water.

Meanwhile, I stamped this adorable image from 'Dream Big' on Canson Watercolor Paper. After coloring the images with Watercolor pens, I carefully fussy-cut them. It was so much fun watercoloring this cute image after a long time. I genuinely love watercoloring, and I believe, I should do it more often 😊. I adhered this watercolored image onto the card panel using foam tape to add some dimension. Next, I die-cut stars using Love 2 Craft dies, watercolored them, and then adhered them to the card panel.

After that, I stamped the sentiment from same stamp set to complete this cute card.
