Crealies - Father's Day Card

Hello Everyone,

I'm stopping by to share this Father's Day card. In Belgium, we are celebrating Father's Day today. I made this card for my Dad who retired as a Mechanical Engineer. This card is just perfect for him with lots of gears.. :)

To make this card, I took die cut panel using Crealies stitched rectangle dies. After that I stenciled the background using gear stencils where I mixed silver paste with blue pigment color.

Once it dried, I cut it out in to two parts and adhered the same on blue note card. After that I glued heart die cut out vellum using glossy accent.

Then, I added the die cut out "DAD" sentiment using foam tape. Adhered the stamped sentiment along with die cut out gears to complete it.

Here is the close of  stenciled background using glitter paste.

I hope you get inspired.

Thank you so much for stopping by!!

Guest Design Post - Kinda cute by Patricia..

Hello Friends... I'm so excited to be back with my second post as a Guest Designer for Kinda Cute by Patricia. And this time I've used another super duper cute image called "Papa Bear & Baby" from her wonderful illustrations...I liked this image so much that I could stop myself to one... instead I made two ..he he he...😀 will share the second one shortly.....Keep watching this space..😉

I will highly encourage you to visit her shop for great collection of amazingly cute images... I guarantee, you will fell in love with her cute illustrations.

Over to my card...

To start with, I took A2 size note card, created this subtle water colored background to highlight this cute image. Colored my focal image using gansai tambi watercolors and fussy cut it. Adhered it on the card stock with foam tape to add some dimension. Completed it by adding embossed sentiment on black strip and with some heart confetti.

Here is the close up...

I really enjoyed making this card..Hope you like it, Here is image which I have used..

Papa bear digital stamp. Black and white only. Colored image only for reference.

Thank you so much for stopping by !!

Happy Crafting!!

Father's Day Card..

Hello Everyone..

Here I'm back with a cute Father's Day card which I've made last month but didn't post here because I was waiting it to reach to my Hubby..actually He is travelling and was not here with us on Father's day so We ( me & my two daughters) made a card for him...And if "WE" are making a card then there are some conditions which I have to follow..😎... 1. it should be critter card.. 2. should have two kids.. 3. kids should be colored Purple ( elder one's fav colour) & Pink  (younger one's favorite)..

So, here it is.. I am following these conditions from couple of years now.. you can find my other Father's Day card here and here with same criteria..he he he.. Hope you like it..

To make this card, I have used Isabel Cristina's free fox digi image.. I really love her illustrations..it's full of cuteness...you should definitely visit her Etsy shop if you love cute images.. Because it was a digital image it was easy for me to create a mirror image for the second fox baby..:)..Made the Background  with  icraft stencil using distress ink. Once stenciled background was done , I die cut out the heart. Water colored the image and fussy cut it.. Added the handwritten sentiment and some sequins to complete it.

Here is the close up..

Father's Day Card - Part 1

Hello Everybody...

Here is my quick post for a cute CAS Father's day card which we (me and my two cutie pies..) have made for Father's day..

To make this card, I have used my newly bought "Clearly Besotted Stamps-Just the two of us"  for the Pandas image and "Birch background stamp" for the background  and  i have colored the image using distress inks.

There was only one challenge to make this card... In all the stamps there was only one baby and my both the "so called cutie" daughters started fighting .. It's me.. It's me..finally after a long fight, they both came to me and said Mamma add one more baby here .. so u can see purple one is added later...Why purple ..simple elder one's fav is purple and younger one is pink...

Both are happy now....Happy KIDS.. Happy Me..:)...

Here we go with Father's Day card - Part 1.. will share the part 2 tomorrow.. he he he..
