Hello Gals...

Hope everyone is excited for the weekend :)..so i am..:)

I just enjoyed making this card. I got my inspiration from KYLIE , Happy Little Stampers where she has shown smosshing technique...loved it...itz ezzy peezy..I have created the background of this card using the same technique with my distress inks, butterfly and Fancy Flourish dies are from Joy Crafts and Die-namics which i bought from Crafters Corner Shalini and added some blings which i bought locally.

Hello Everyone..

I am back with another card...

Finally, I have used the heart stamp which i bought last year from hobbycraft :).To make this card, i have stamped the heart with different ink colors, added some polka washi tapes from my stash, added some blings and finally the sentiments which is cutout from my sizzix alphabet die.

LOVE YOU Card is ready.........here are the pics..

Do what you LOVE, LOVE what you do...

Hello Everyone...

I am super excited today..finally i tried my hands on Mixed Media Art.. Yes .. Yes..my first Mixed Media Canvas. Thanks to all of you for all the inspiration and special thanks to you Juhi for your tutorial on mixed media which inspired me a lot and you are right, there is nothing right and wrong in the art.. :). I really enjoyed making every bit of it with my limited art supplies ( i know we hoard so much crafting stuff and still feel it is limited.. ;). Sentiments i chose is close to my heart.. i think not only to me but everyone of us, that's why, we all are here and following our passion. It is "Do what you LOVE, LOVE what you do"..I hope this canvas will inspire some of you.. Believe me mixed media art is fun...just try it out..

A big Thank You....

Hello Everyone,

Wishing all of you a great year ahead.. Happy New Year girls!!!

Today i was just looking at my blog archive and for my surprise, i have found that " I have improved a lot.. a lot means a lot.". And all the credit goes to all of you YES to all my fellow Crafters. A big THANK YOU for all the inspirations.What would be a better way to say thank you..yes a THANK YOU card to begin this new year..

The best part is i have used my new goodies (which i was hoarding since last 7-8 months ;)..) to make this card. I have embossed my background with my new Sizzix embossing folder and then colored it with acrylic colors..after that i realized that embossing is not visible at all so i highlighted it with black marker pen.. and then finally i used my new misty shimmer spray for final touch....I did so much of blunder while making this card....Hope you guys will like it..
