Time Out Challenge #320 - Inspired by photo

Hello Everyone,

I'm stopping by to share  my DT post for Time Out current challenge #320 where we have to get inspired by the photo in the badge. I got inspired by the rainbow colors and the structure.

And this is what I have created using Faux stained Glass technique...:)

Our generous Sponsor is Topflight Stamps
Prize: $25 Store Credit

To create this card, I started with a square alcohol paper where I have added rainbow colored alcohol inks and let it air dry. Once it was dried, I used Decotime dies and cut the Black panel which I adhered it to the alcohol colored panel.

To create the stained glass effect, I added generous amount of glossy accent on the colored parts. Once the glossy accent dried, I added another layer of the die cut to to give it a clean look. I added this panel using glue to A2 size card base.

Finally, I added die cut out Birthday sentiment to complete this rainbow colored card.

I hope you get inspired and will join this challenge#320 at Time Out. This challenge is sponsored by Topflight Stamps and  the Challenge winner will receive a $25.00 gift voucher to spend on their shop.

I can't wait to see how you get inspired by the photo.

Time Out Challenge #313 - Theme Challenge

Hello Everyone,

I'm stopping by to share my DT card for Time Out current challenge #313 where the theme is "Playing Music". When I saw the theme I realised that I don't have any stamp or dies related with musical instruments 😕 ( now I know what to buy next 😁).. So I decided to create one which should be easy peasy too 😉. This is what I've created...

Our generous Sponsor is Gina k. designs

Prize: $25 Store Credit

To make this card, I took A2 size Kraft Card base and created this piano using White card panel which I scored using scoring board and adhered it to the card panel. Then I cut out Black strips and arranged in to the White panel using foam tape to give raised keys effect for the piano.

On the other half of the Kraft card base, i did some stencilling with musical notes to add some drama.

Finally, I added the die cut out Birthday sentiment and musical notes to complete this fun birthday card.

Time Out Challenge #312 - Photo Inspiration

Hello Everyone,

I'm stopping by to share  my DT post for Time Out current challenge #312. It's a photo inspiration challenge where we have to get inspired by the photo (which was clicked by me during our Albania trip🙂).

This is what I've created, inspired by beautiful sunset colors in the photo. Over to my card..

Our generous Sponsor is Doodle Bugs

Prize: Coupon code of $25 Store credit

To make this card, I took A2 size White water colored panel which I die cut out using Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Nesting Dies - CUTplorations . I watercolor the background and leave it for air dry.

Once the panel was dried, I stenciled it with Black ink using Crafter's Companion - Decorative stencil designed by Sheena Douglass called Eiffel Tower. I bought it long back in a Craft fair when we were staying in UK, just after coming back from our Europe trip in 2016. Yes, finally after almost 10 years I opened the seal of this stencil. So proud of myself😝. I'm going strong with my new year resolution to use my "never before used craft stash" 😍.

Finally, I stamped the sentiment from one of the MFT stamp set, doodled some birds and adhered this panel to the Grey colored note card. I really love how this one layer stenciled card turned out.

I hope you get inspired and will join this challenge#312 at Time Out. This challenge is sponsored by Doodle Bugs and the Challenge winners will receive a $25.00 gift voucher to spend on their shop.

I can't wait to see how you get inspired.
