W & W 4th Birthday Bash Challenge - Shaker Card

Hello Friends,

I am back with another quick post for w & w 4th Birthday Bash Challenge...made this Birthday Shaker card..

To make this card, I took A2 size white card stock , distress inked the background using four distress inks and then I repeatedly stamped the cup cake from w & w Sugar Rush Stamp set again using distress inks. Meanwhile I took another white card stock ( a bit smaller in size as compared to main card stock) and die cut out the banners using banner die from w & w essentials-lana-cutaways as shown. Added silver sequins for the shaker element. Finally completed it by adding happy die cut out ( which I have layered) and heat embossed sentiment.

W & W 4th Birthday Bash Challenge - Water colouring with a twist

Hello Everyone,

Here I'm back with my another post for w & w 4th Birthday Bash challenge and I made this card to play along with Heather's Watercoloring with a Twist Challenge.

Here is my card where I'm using w & w -  In Bloom - Anna's Flora stamp set.

To make this card, I took A2 size water colour card stock...And to make this rainbow background I took lots of water on my brush and let it free flow and then added colours from gansai tambi. Once satisfied, I dried it with heat tool and splattered it with black colour.. Meanwhile, stamped the Dahlia stamp and leaves and highlighted it with grey coloured inktense pencil. After that adhered the flowers and leaves on the cardstock with mounted tape...Completed the card by adding the sentiments from sentimental-endearments stamp set and some gold sequins here & there.

I really love the this card...Hope you too..;)

W & W 4th Birthday Bash Challenge - Use your scrap.

Hello Everyone...

Here I'm back with my quick second post of the day...

To make this card I have used the "happy" die cut out of a card which I  made last year for w & w 3rd birthday bash but trashed it coz it didn't came out as I expected and made the other one which you can see here..( I have the die cut of this too)...Yes I kept these safe for this long..lol..

Here is my CAS Birthday card...I have used w & w In Bloom - Anna's Flora stamp set.
To make this card... I took A2 size white card stock, repeatedly stamped the dahlia flower on one corner of the card stock with grey ink using masking technique. Then splattered it with gold color. Once satisfied added the HAPPY die cut out which was the scrap of my other card. Completed it by adding handwritten birthday sentiment and some gold sequins here & there.

Hope you like it.

Love cards - DT Post

Hello Friends..

I was on Crafty Scrappers blog with my DT post.I have used one single stamp called " Lets Shell-abrate " to make all my cards which I got in my DT kit...

I have used couple of techniques to make my cards.. Hop over to Crafty Scrappers Blog for photo tutorial..

 Now over to the cards..

Card 1 - Ink blending + Stencilling + Mirror image stamping

To make this card.. I took A2 size white cardstock and ink blended the background in heart shape.Once satisfied, I put heart stencil and removed the ink using baby wipes to add some interest to my background and the  further stencilled the background using distressed ink. After that, I did mirror stamping to create the pair for this cute turtle using pigment ink... As I don't have mirror stamping block , I have used back side of some bigger stamp from my stash to do the mirror stamping.

Then finally adhered my focal images and white heat embossed sentiment strip along with some heart embellishments and glossy accent...

Here is the close up..

Card 2 - Stencilling

To make this card, I took A2 size white card stock.. and stencilled the background using XOXO stencil from CS using pink distress ink.

Once satisfied, I adhered the focal image with mounting tape along with some stamped balloons.
Finally, finished it by stamping the sentiment which is from "Be Mine" stamp set and some hearts.

Card 3 - CAS + Ink blending + Water splattering

Here is my final card and to make this one, again I took A2 size white card stock and distress inked the background using 3 different coloured inks.
Once satisfied, I splattered the whole background with mini mister and then with paint brush.

Finally adhered the focal image using mounted tape and added the handwritten and stamped sentiment as shown along with some silver sequins here & there.
