Time Out Challenge #277 - Inspired by words

Hello Everyone,

I'm stopping by to share  my DT post for Time Out current challenge #277 where we draw inspiration from words. This time, the words "There is truly not an occasion that is not improved by wearing something festive" immediately made me think of how special anniversaries are—and how they deserve a little extra sparkle. That thought inspired me to create this glittery anniversary card!

To make this card, I started with a white card base and stenciled it using glitter paste. To add vibrant colors, I mixed dry pigment powders into silver glitter paste, creating a stunning blue and green palette full of shimmer.

Once the stenciled panel dried, I adhered it to a blue card base for an extra pop of color. Meanwhile, I die-cut the sentiment using STAMPlorations dies and added a vellum die-cut heart behind it to make the sentiment stand out. I absolutely love how festive and joyful this card turned out!

For me, this card is a reminder that a little sparkle can make anything feel more special—just like dressing up for a big day. It was so much fun to create, and I hope it brings as much joy to the recipient as it did to me while making it.

I hope you get inspired and will join this challenge#277 at Time Out. This challenge is sponsored by
Topflight Stamps and  the Challenge winner will receive a $25.00 gift voucher to spend on their shop.

I can't wait to see how you get inspired by these words.

Thank you so much for stopping by!!

Time Out Challenge #273 - Thank you!!

Hello Everyone,

I'm stopping by to share  my DT post for Time Out current challenge #273 where we have to inspired by these words - "As long as autumn lasts, I shall not have hands, canvas and colors enough to paint the beautiful things I see." – Vincent Van Gogh.

And this is what I've created using our sponsor Poppy Stamps metal dies...

Over to card..

Our generous Sponsor is Poppy Stamps

Prize: Coupon code of $20 Store credit

To make this card, I took White card stock panel and ink smooshed it using autumn colored distress inks. Once satisfied, I die cut out this colorful panel using Poppy stamps - Leafy background (2252) die set. After that I adhered the die cut out leaves to the White card base to make this beautiful Autumn background.

Meanwhile, I die cut out Thank you sentiment twice on Black card stock using Poppy Stamps - Playful Thank you die set. I layered it together to make the sentiment thick. Then I die cut out this cute Hedgehog again from Poppy stamps die set called Whittle Papa Hedgehog, colored it with alcohol markers and adhered it to the card base using foam tape.

Finally, I glued the die cut out sentiment around the Hedgehog where I replaced the "O" with Hedgehog image. I really love how the background turned out.
