Time Out Challenge #268

Hello Everyone,

I'm stopping by to share my DT post for Time Out current challenge #268 where we have to get inspired by the word "Vacation". 

Over to my card..

To make this card, I did double stencilling. I started with A2 size White Card stock and ink blended it using Circle stencil. I further ink blended it with same colors using stripes stencil to add interest. 

Once satisfied, I stamped silhouette palm trees, beach chair and the birds using Maker Forte stamp set with jet black ink.

Finally, I added the sentiment from Maker Forte's "Caught in the waves" stamp set and some gemstones to complete this one layer card.

Time Out Challenge #267 - Wishing on a Star!!

Hello Everyone,

I'm stopping by to share my DT post for Time Out current challenge #267 where the theme is "Seeing Stars". And this is what I've created using my "never before used" stamp set S-8909 from "The Cat's Pajamas" . 

Over to my card..

To make this card, I took A2 size White Card stock and ink blended the top half of the card panel using different distress inks. Once satisfied, I sprinkled it with White acrylic paint to create the night sky. I also did some doodling to make some stars shine bright 😉.

Meanwhile, I stamped this cute image from the "The Cat's Pajamas" - S8909 stamp set ( now they are selling only digital images), colored it with alcohol markers, fussy cut it and adhered it to the card panel using foam tape. I also added some stars from the same stamp set.

Finally, I added the sentiment from one of the MFT stamp set to complete this card.
