Hello Everyone,
I'm stopping by to share my DT post for Time Out current challenge #236 where the theme is "You are a reader". And I made this Bookmark using our sponsor Newton Nook's Newton Loves Cake stamp set.Over to my Bookmark...
To make this card, I took Watercolor Card stock and die cut it out using SugarPea Designs - Basic Bookmark dies. I smooshed the background of this die cut out bookmark using Watercolor pens and let it air dry.
Meanwhile, I die cut out these Books and Glasses from the same SugarPea Designs - Basic Bookmark dies, colored it and adhered it to the bookmark. Then, I stamped this cute image from Newton Loves Cake stamp set by masking, colored it with Alcohol markers and fussy cut it. I adhered this image using the foam tape.
I stamped the sentiment from Jane's doodles and added the colorful matching threads to complete this Bookmark. I really love how this Bookmark turned out.
I hope you get inspired and will join this challenge#236 at Time Out. This challenge is sponsored by Newton's Nook Designs and the Challenge winner will receive a $25.00 gift voucher to spend on their shop.
Thank you so much for stopping by!!
Hugsxx
