Hugs & Kisses to my Beastie....

Hello Everyone!!

Here I am back with another card with my new goodies from Craftin Desert Divas.. So here is what I made...

To make this card:
  • Took A2 size watercolor card stock and die cut out it using fancy rectangle dies from Craftin desert divas. Made this background with Brushos using smooshing technique.
  • Mount this watercolor paper on A2 size kraft card stock.
  • Then cut out this heart from waste packaging corrugated sheet and heart embossed it with gold embossing powder.
  • Stamped this cutie beastie from Craftin desrt divas and for the twist - partially cut out its hand with paper cutter so that it can hold the heart...then colored the image and fussy cut it.
  • Adhered all these on my card stock along with the sentiment as shown.
  • Finished it by adding heart sequins here and there.

  11. I love all the great details - recycling corrugated cardboard packaging to cutting out the beastie's hands so that he/she can hold a heart. Very clever. Thanks for joining us at House of Cards.
